All the olives come from controlled cultivations in the province of Chieti. The oil produced is cold extracted and pressed within 24 hours of harvesting. Oleum Comitis is rich in polyphenols, natural antioxidants that keep our body's cells young, and characterized by low acidity, a sign of freshness to the taste and excellent workmanship.
